Daily Mail, today, page 28

Pope Francis yesterday,
'' How much wrong we do to God and His grace when we speak of sins being punished by His judgement before we speak of their being forgiven by His mercy''

Spoken in front of 50,000 people at St Peter's Square.

Joseph Prince is correct, we really are seeing a Grace revolution.

We do similarly in our non-Catholic, maybe much more Christian lives. We can go through spells of Mercy and Grace and then forget and return to honoring the Law too heavily (not heavenly) before being found in conviction, discounting who Jesus said he is. Forgetting moreover, what he offers as only a gift. Sure, what he did for us. But owning it this time.

Notice the immediate and resourceful return to fear-mongering with Catholicism's full embracing of the Paris, world summit on preventing climate change. You're responsible for changing the weather? Let that one sink in, a minute. So, so, so C-A-T-H-O-L-I-C!

"The day’s events were to conclude on Tuesday evening with a projection of photographs onto the facade and cupola of St. Peter’s Basilica depicting the jubilee’s theme of mercy as well as making a statement about the beauty of the natural world and the need to combat climate change.

The latter reflects Francis’ concern for the environment, which he stressed in his June encyclical on the topic. Tuesday’s gesture also comes as world leaders gather in Paris to negotiate a deal to tackle global warming, a summit whose outcome the pope said is crucial to the future of humanity."

The Catholic scheduling permits the weighted return to apostolic 'grace' every 25 years. You were too young and too distracted to notice it orbiting around last time, maybe in October of 1990?http://www.catholicherald.co.uk/news/2015/12/08/experience-the-joy-of-grace-pope-francis-tells-faithful-at-the-start-of-year-of-mercy/
