Hi again everyone. Have had some major log in issues & couldn't access my account - Scousette.

V. interesting tv this evening - a documentary 'Meet the Mormons' on UK tv Channel 4. Oh lordy :-o :-o :-o Been following the programme on twitter (my twitter is @PamillaBAV1) & it was trending. It was about a young missionary in Leeds, Yorkshire & how weird did lds look - another shot in the foot as they sent a minder to hang around the team filming the documentary which made them look totally paranoid. The most jaw dropping moment in my opinion was a clearly distressed young missionary who was missing his Mum desperately being 'counselled' by an older male who openly admitted using mind control techniques. It all made for very depressing viewing. Be interesting to see/hear the fall out from this latest dropped bollock by the church.

Hope everyone's doing well.

Yes, my mother even phoned me to remind me! Good to hear from you again, I had missed you!

I am giving a talk about cult exiting next week so this sets the stage nicely.

Friend just called me, she had been stopped by miss in the town, told them about me, that I spoke out the situation with the organisation, pretty cool, it was same girls as had come to my door. My friend told them her views too. Proud of this, that lady came to my baptism and never said anything to me. Glad that now she has grown through my experience too and is speaking out. You never know where the drops of truth will seep through to!

But first you need a spoofer which tells the Channel 4 website that you're accessing it from the UK (even if you're not in the UK).

use TunnelBear - https://www.tunnelbear.com/

Once you have a spoofer up and running, go to the Channel 4 link above.>>>>>> From another post, to help view the programme outside of the UK. http://exmormon.org/phorum/read.php?2,1306577

Very cool!

I talked to a group of people not long after leaving to share my experiences on leaving the LDS church. Have fun with your meeting :)

Peace

See, it is epically cool not be a Mormon! Have fun, doing what you two do best!
